Up to $3,000.The original purchaser of a ladies diamond engagement ring from Hilderbrand Diamond Company is entitled to a full refund (excluding sales tax) of the purchase of that ring, up to a maximum of $3000 if cumulative rainfall on the wedding day measures one inch or more. Rainfall will be measured by the National Weather Services computerized weather station at the Cape Girardeau Airport. Rainfall is measured during a 15-hour period from 9:00am to 6:00pm. To qualify for the refund, the wedding must take place a maximum of two years after purchase of the ring, and a minimum of 30 days after purchase of the ring.
